About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at PepsiCo. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers and distributors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new customers and product lines.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
