About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automobile Sales Representative to join our team at M & A Used Cars & Truck Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on our vehicle inventory, pricing, and features.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized sales recommendations.
  • Vehicle Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our vehicle inventory, including features, pricing, and specifications.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and statistics, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
