Join Our Team as a Senior Program Manager - Finance Systems

At TSX Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our Finance Systems team. As a key driver of change and evolution, you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Finance Systems, including Workday Financial Management and Workday Adaptive Planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the technical vision and roadmap for Workday and Adaptive to improve adoption and user experience.
  • Represent Workday and Adaptive as a Subject Matter Expert to Finance Senior Leadership and the Finance Innovation Committee.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between Finance Functional Leads, Corporate IT, and external vendors.
  • Drive delivery for all Workday and Adaptive projects and enhancements in Finance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience implementing ERP systems in a medium to large organization.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a Finance or IT environment.
  • Deep understanding of Accounting ERP systems, including Workday Financials.
  • Ability to inspire change in the Finance organization and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
