Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Manager to join our team at Qikiqtani Industry Ltd. as a key member of our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures

Administer and coordinate staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.

HR Department Coordination

Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.

Daily Operations Management

Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Staff Direction and Development

Direct and motivate staff to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and support as needed.

Performance Evaluation and Review

Evaluate daily operations and conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Policy and Procedure Development

Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Training and Development

Plan, develop, and implement training and development strategies to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

Recruitment and Hiring

Recruit and hire staff to meet the organization's needs, ensuring that all hiring processes are fair and transparent.

Employee Data Analysis

Analyze employee data and information to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Communication Strategies

Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure that all staff are informed and engaged.

Report Preparation

Prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Senior Management Advice

Advise senior management on HR-related matters, providing expert guidance and support.

Employee Support

Respond to employee questions and complaints, providing support and resolution as needed.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Environment

37.5 hours per week, permanent position.
