Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction and highway maintenance divisions. Your primary responsibility will be to navigate contracts and decipher project plans to build projects and estimates per specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate material and quantity take-offs
  • Help prepare detailed estimates from first principles
  • Analyse cost history for reference when required
  • Solicit quotations and engage in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Attend pre-bid, post-bid, and post-award meetings
  • Assist with smooth project transition from pursuit to execution
  • Perform market analytics and market soundings
  • Make presentations of findings
  • Maintain close contact with project managers
  • Assist in the preparation of change orders
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the public
