Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Management Specialist to join our Field Services team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing medium to large-scale construction contracts, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive direction and management for all aspects of contract administration.
  • Lead and mentor a team of contract administrators.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of contractor work to guarantee adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop detailed contract specifications and meticulously monitor project budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure that all construction activities align with design plans and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in road and/or heavy construction projects.
  • Professional certification from relevant industry associations is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with construction management software applications.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
