Position Overview

Join our team at Clintar Landscape Management as a dedicated Public Works Equipment Operator. This role is essential for maintaining our community's infrastructure and ensuring operational efficiency.

Employment Details
  • Work Term: Permanent

  • Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year preferred
Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, lubricate, refuel, and maintain equipment
  • Operate a variety of vehicles and machinery
  • Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
Required Certifications
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (for cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
Equipment Experience
  • Experience with sanding trucks
  • Snow transportation trucks
  • Snowplough operation
Physical Requirements
  • Attention to detail is crucial
  • Ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Capable of lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
