Maintenance Labourer Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Maintenance Labourer to join our team at Clintar Landscape Management. As a Maintenance Labourer, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our public grounds, including sidewalks, streets, roads, and building grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain public grounds, including sidewalks, streets, roads, and building grounds
  • Spread sand or salt on sidewalks for snow or ice control
  • Operate jackhammers and drills to break up pavement
  • Assist skilled tradespersons with various tasks
  • Sweep debris and remove snow from streets, sidewalks, building grounds, and other areas, and load snow and debris into carts or trucks
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions
