As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by leading and mentoring your team. Primary Responsibilities
- Be present in daily operations to uphold quality standards at the front desk, lobby, and guest entrance.
- Guide your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences that ensure memorable first impressions.
- Equip team members with the necessary resources, training, and feedback for their ongoing development.
- Deliver on assigned tasks with minimal oversight, ensuring timeliness, scope, and quality.
- Utilize problem-solving and interpersonal skills to effectively address guest concerns and complaints.
- Lead all emergency protocols to safeguard the privacy and security of guests and staff.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 6 months in a supervisory housekeeping role.
- Strong listening, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with technology.
- Fluent in English.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Work Environment
This role may require extended hours and/or weekend shifts to accommodate fluctuations in business demands. The position is set in a dynamic environment that necessitates continuous physical activity and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidates should be prepared for periods of independent work and the capability to lift up to 30 lbs.
