Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Activities
- Lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet hotel standards.
- Inspect and Maintain Hotel Facilities
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Identify and address any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
- Manage Budget and Resources
- Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate the purchase of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Develop and Implement Quality Initiatives
- Develop and implement quality initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and hotel standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to housekeeping.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Language and Work EnvironmentThis position requires excellent English language skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
