Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel facilities.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for housekeeping supplies and services.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
- Permanent position with 36 to 44 hours of work per week.
- English language proficiency.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
