- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet hotel standards.
- Inspect and Maintain Hotel Facilities
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Identify and address any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
- Manage Budget and Resources
- Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate the purchase of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Develop and Implement Quality Control Measures
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
