Fashion Consultant, Key Holder

The key holder plays a vital role under the supervision of the store manager. Their primary responsibility is to ensure an outstanding customer experience by making customers feel comfortable, understanding their needs, and instilling confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that nurtures positive customer relationships and fosters loyalty.
  • Serve as a cashier while utilizing sales expertise, promotional offers, and product knowledge to enhance related item purchases.
  • Monitor the sales floor to guarantee that all visual merchandising standards are upheld.
  • Execute store opening and closing procedures in accordance with established guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining committed to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Must meet legal age requirements (at least 18 years old).
  • For candidates in Quebec: bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
