The key holder collaborates closely with the store manager. Their primary responsibility is to ensure an outstanding customer experience by making shoppers feel comfortable, attentively understanding their needs, and instilling confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional shopping journey that cultivates positive customer connections and loyalty.
  • Serve as a cashier while utilizing sales expertise, promotions, and product insights to boost sales of complementary items.
  • Monitor the sales floor to guarantee all visual merchandising standards are upheld.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while consistently providing excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Must meet legal age requirements (minimum 18 years old).
  • For candidates in Quebec: bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
