The key holder collaborates closely with the store manager. Their primary objective is to deliver an outstanding customer experience consistently by making customers feel comfortable, understanding their needs, and instilling confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that builds positive customer relationships and fosters loyalty.
- Serve as a cashier while utilizing sales expertise, promotions, and product knowledge to enhance the purchase of complementary items.
- Monitor the sales floor to ensure all visual merchandising standards are upheld.
- Manage the opening and closing of the store in accordance with established procedures.
Qualifications
- Two years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining committed to providing outstanding customer service.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Must meet the legal age requirement (at least 18 years old).
- For candidates in Quebec: bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
