This opportunity is for you As a Fashion Team Leader, you will report to the Store Manager and play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive work atmosphere. You will guide and motivate your team to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving store performance by ensuring achievement of company objectives and key performance indicators.
- Providing leadership and direction to the team, overseeing tasks such as policy implementation, loss prevention, payroll management, reporting, and scheduling.
- Implementing merchandising strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting, and visually appealing store environment that encourages customer engagement.
- Mentoring and coaching team members by offering constructive feedback and guidance.
- Maintaining open communication with the Store Manager and District Manager to ensure alignment and collaboration.
We are looking for someone who possesses:
- At least six months of experience leading a team or working as a supervisor in a customer-focused environment.
- Proven ability to mobilize a team towards a common goal.
- A high school diploma or equivalent general education degree.
- Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- The legal age requirement for employment (18 years or older).
- For Quebec locations, bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
