We are currently undergoing a relaunch with an improved formulation and new product lines targeted towards health-conscious individuals.

Job Summary

Solo GI is seeking a visionary and dedicated Chief Executive Officer to drive the innovative brand forward. The ideal candidate will build a high-performing team, refine manufacturing processes, ensure efficient supply chain operations, and establish the brand in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company's strategic plan, aligning with the vision and mission of Solo GI.
  • Financial Management: Ensure the company's financial sustainability and growth through effective financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with business partners and key stakeholders to drive growth and expansion.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintaining standards for quality and efficiency.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Optimize the supply chain to ensure smooth coordination of manufacturing, shipping, and distribution processes.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and increase customer engagement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, identifying and mitigating risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive leader in a similar role within the consumer products industry.
  • Expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
  • Understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risks.
