Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer and General Manager. This pivotal position requires a strong leader who can drive organizational success and implement strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the allocation of resources, including material, personnel, and finances, to ensure effective execution of organizational strategies.
  • Authorize the creation of key departments and appoint senior management personnel.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Set clear objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs to meet those goals.
  • Act as the representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate authority as necessary.
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions are established.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 individuals.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should possess:

  • Proficiency in various computer applications including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Specialization

Experience in operations management is essential.
