About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at RC Design Inc. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
  • Manage and optimize website analytics and PPC initiatives to drive conversions and revenue growth
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to engage and educate target audiences
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  • Stay organized and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience
  • Google certification a plus
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and best practices
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
