About the Role:

The growth marketing team at KeepTruckin is tasked with driving customer acquisition and maximizing growth across all channels. Our responsibilities encompass the entire customer journey, from initial engagement to upselling and retention. We are seeking a growth-focused and seasoned Senior Web Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing web team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing web strategies in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project objectives. As a Senior Web Strategist, you will be instrumental in enhancing the user journey and experience, boosting brand visibility, and contributing to the overall growth goals of the company.

What You'll Do:
  • Spearhead the creation and execution of web strategies that align with project objectives.
  • Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Creative, and Product teams to design site experiences for campaigns, product launches, tests, and ongoing initiatives, ensuring precise messaging, timing, and capabilities for execution.
  • Evaluate and track page performance and user behavior across landing pages, generating data-driven insights that inform strategies and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our members and site visitors through data analysis, insights, and cross-functional collaboration (Analytics, Engineering, and Consumer Insights) to inform site strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing team on SEO initiatives and content strategies that enhance website visibility and performance.
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in website management and strategy.
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data and insights to shape requirements, ideas, and strategies, with hands-on experience using web tools such as CMS (WordPress), A/B testing tools, site analytics, and other business intelligence platforms.
  • Preference for candidates with experience managing an international multi-site environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and the relationship between site architecture and content for optimizing organic traffic performance.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple projects from strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience briefing senior leadership on outcomes and recommendations, and a passion for mentoring others.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, remaining proactive and innovative in an ever-evolving landscape.
