Lead Events Marketing Strategist

As a Senior Manager of Event Marketing Initiatives, you will spearhead the planning and execution of events and community outreach for League Connect. This initiative is designed to foster engagement and cultivate a network of healthcare leaders among our prospects, clients, and partners.
In your capacity as the marketing leader for this vital program, you will oversee the organization of our flagship events - League Connect Miami (in-person) and League Connect Digital Summit (virtual), along with various community engagement efforts throughout the year. The in-person gathering unites senior executives from healthcare and technology sectors for three days of insightful discussions (keynotes, panels, fireside chats, etc.), networking opportunities, and activities aimed at enhancing the healthcare consumer experience.
This position is highly visible and requires collaboration with our Executive, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to establish a comprehensive event planning framework that ensures smooth execution. You will take full ownership of League Connect events, from strategic planning to execution. Additionally, you will lead a Campaign Manager, Event Coordinator, and work with vendors and agencies to successfully deliver League Connect events. The work environment is dynamic, energetic, and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and implement event strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring League Connect meets established KPIs and objectives. Oversee the in-year strategy, positioning, and messaging for League Connect, ensuring effective dissemination across all channels. Manage all facets of event planning and execution for League Connect, including promotional strategies, budget oversight, vendor and agency coordination, on-site logistics, speaker selection, agenda development, sponsorship package creation, and more. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to devise and execute innovative strategies that enhance the attendee experience and generate new business opportunities. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure the seamless integration of event initiatives with overall business objectives. Analyze marketing data and pipeline metrics to identify areas for enhancement and optimization. Prepare executive-level briefs and presentations that detail data-driven outcomes. Supervise a Campaign Manager and Events Coordinator to assist in executing League Connect events and community engagement strategies. About You:

The compensation range for this full-time position is exclusive of bonuses, equity, and benefits. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all Canadian locations, determined by job-related skills and experience.
