We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineering Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Provide input on infrastructure assignments and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure configurations and changes.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline repeatable tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Windows-based virtualized operating environment.
  • Strong understanding of mainstream Windows virtualization technologies.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft-based certification required; cloud-based certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • English/French bilingual.
  • Experience with storage networks and storage systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft platform-as-a-service technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Virtual/Remote desktop infrastructure.
