Accounting Clerk

Magenta Exterior Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Intermediate Accounting Clerk to support our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable and receivable entry and reconciliation
- Bank and credit card account reconciliation
- Payroll entry and administration
- Expense report approval and administration
- Sales tracking and reporting
- Continuous monitoring of processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- HST, WSIB, and EHT calculation and remittance
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in bookkeeping
- College-level diploma or equivalent
- Experience with cloud software (QBO, Hubdoc, Dext, etc.)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies
- Self-motivated, independent, and attentive to details
- Strong analytical skills and willingness to work independently
- Exemplary communication and creative thinking skills
