Vice President of Business Growth

As a pivotal leader within SMG On Demand, you will champion the organization as a premier provider of call center and collections strategy solutions. Your role will involve crafting and implementing sales initiatives designed to boost revenue and profitability. You will identify new business development avenues while nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective clients, all while generating fresh leads.

  • Conduct thorough research and analyze data on market trends, competitive offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor both external and internal environments to identify opportunities for new market segments.
  • Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging your existing connections.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans for innovative product offerings.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Engage with current customers to enhance service sales.
  • Establish, manage, and optimize B2B partnerships.
  • Secure new business agreements by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and aligning contract stipulations with operational capabilities.
  • Employ consultative selling techniques to comprehend and surpass client business needs.
  • Maintain focus and concentration to achieve performance objectives.
  • Adapt positively to a dynamic and evolving environment typical of a start-up culture.
  • Exhibit resilience under pressure while striving to meet deadlines and performance targets.
  • Foster positive working relationships with supervisors and colleagues.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Education

A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required.

Experience

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred.
  • Experience in outside sales is essential.
  • Proven track record in contract negotiations, program management, and B2B sales.

Computer Proficiency

Basic knowledge of Windows-based operating systems is necessary. Ability to assist in creating business development materials and presentations is essential.
