Job Title: Vice President Business Development

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President Business Development to join our team at Stonewood Group Inc. As a key member of our senior executive team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and business expansion across existing and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive top-line revenue growth
  • Lead a small yet highly dynamic business development team to achieve revenue and margin goals
  • Support the CEO in refining the company's roadmap and strategy
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Provide regular feedback to the CEO on pipeline, sales, and business development activities
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of selling large, global accounts
  • Marketing function experience, including planning and strategy development
  • Sales team management/leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred
