About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Analytics Engagement Lead to join our team at PeopleToGo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading analytical business engagements and driving strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex analytical investigations to uncover strategically significant insights
  • Develop and execute strategic analysis plans to drive business results
  • Interface with senior-level stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive growth
  • Manage and maintain strategic focus of multiple customer-facing analytical investigations
  • Drive the scale-up and growth of consulting engagements with clients
  • Measure and realize business results, and manage business process changes associated with analytics projects
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in analytical and strategic roles, with a strong background in supply chain management
  • Proven ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders, using data to tell persuasive stories
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to keep teams focused and motivated
  • Knowledge of SCM process and principles, with familiarity with target customers' industry
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic and chaotic environments, with a desire to ask important questions and learn
  • IT system and tool savvy, with statistical subject matter expertise
Must-Have Skills
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Master Black Belt), Operations Research (Masters or PhD), or equivalent designations in Business Analytics or Business Intelligence
  • University degree in science, engineering, mathematics, or business, or equivalent combination of college education and industry experience
