Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Lead to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will work closely with clients to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs. Your expertise in statistical and machine learning algorithms, combined with your strong project management skills, will enable you to deliver end-to-end solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business problems
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver analytics projects that meet client expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are innovative and effective
  • Communicate complex analytics insights to non-technical stakeholders to drive business decisions
Requirements
  • 7-12 years of professional experience in data analytics, with a strong background in statistical and machine learning algorithms
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact analytics projects that drive business value
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with analytics tools like R, Python, and visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau
