About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management team at Manulife Insurance Malaysia. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and operation of our infrastructure and applications
  • Develop and maintain software to manage infrastructure and applications
  • Collaborate with development teams on testing and release procedures
  • Contribute to system design, platform management, and capacity planning
  • Monitor system availability and performance, and analyze metrics for performance tuning and troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of SRE experience in enterprise environments
  • Expertise in Shell scripting, Kubernetes, Azure, Docker, and monitoring tools
  • Experience with agile, DevOps, and continuous integration practices
  • Passion for learning new technologies and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
