About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at ADGA Group Consultants Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading complex business transformation initiatives and ensuring their successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of business transformation initiatives.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and team members.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver clear, concise project status reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex business transformation initiatives.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications.
  • Skills: Strong business analysis, project management, and leadership skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
