Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director, Planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Assurance and Advisory practice, providing expert guidance on financial modeling and valuation analysis, and managing a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our Assurance and Advisory strategy
  • Provide expert guidance on financial modeling and valuation analysis
  • Manage a team of professionals, including Associates, Junior Associates, and interns
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and deliver KPI results to the Managing Partners and Executive team
  • Liaise with clients to acquire information, manage expectations, and provide progress updates
  • Review and analyze financial models, schedules, and reports, with a focus on litigation support engagements
Requirements
  • ~2-5 years of experience managing a team of professionals
  • ~4-7 years of experience in valuations and litigation support
  • Technical skills and understanding of accounting and auditing, as well as personal and corporate taxation
  • Expertise in financial modeling and valuation analysis
  • Experience with matrimonial litigation, including income determinations
  • Experience in estate litigation and/or quantification of damages, considered an asset
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with IF and Vlookup functions, and VBA
