Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrative Assistant to support our operations at Hotspot Customs Ltd.. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and facilitate seminars, conferences, and meetings.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
  • Compile and maintain data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Oversee the ordering of office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced work setting.
  • Involves repetitive tasks.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
