About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at G.S. Teja (2008) Ltd. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales and business development strategies.
    • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Product Knowledge and Support
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide expert advice to clients.
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales and business development skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
