Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Coast Nisku Inn & Conference Centre. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of front desk staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional guest service.
- Front Desk Duties: Perform front desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and guest services, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase occupancy rates and drive revenue growth.
- Guest Relations: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient hotel operations.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
- Financial Benefits: Bonus, permanent work term, and 32-35 hours per week.
