Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Regal Nails Lloydminster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our team of nail technicians to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Assist clients with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure that every client leaves our salon feeling satisfied and valued.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and resolve work problems to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced environment.
