Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Regal Nails Lloydminster is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every client receives exceptional service, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a high level of quality in our services, ensuring that all nail enhancements and treatments meet our standards.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our nail technicians to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a nail salon environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Combination of Sitting, Standing, Walking: Fast-paced environment.
