Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Regal Nails Lloydminster is seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure our equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Assist clients with special needs, providing a personalized and welcoming experience.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring our salon remains clean and hygienic.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, maintaining a well-stocked salon.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality results.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring a smooth and organized operation.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with regular breaks to maintain energy and focus.

  • Permanent position, with a regular schedule of 35 hours per week.
