Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Regal Nails Lloydminster is seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to provide excellent service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
  • 1-6 months of experience in a nail salon or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment:

Our nail salon is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of quality in our services. As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will be expected to work a 35-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
