- Provide nursing care to patients, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and mobility assistance.
- Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in French language, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
