Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Cora Breakfast and Lunch Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
