Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

Shiki Restaurant Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals for food and other supplies.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
