Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Quick Tire LTD. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Oversee the receipt and processing of incoming shipments, including inspecting goods for damage and verifying inventory against documentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and identifying discrepancies.
  • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the preparation and shipment of goods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods, as well as the maintenance of a safe and organized warehouse environment.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant data, as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Warehouse
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Spreadsheet
Work Environment

Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals.
