Job Summary:

HORIBA Instruments is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of materials and instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packing and shipping of instruments and materials
  • Creating shipping documents using carrier supplied computers
  • Knowledge of international requirements and working knowledge of packing and shipping, including use of vacuum sealer, palletizing, and strapping
  • Experience with UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL, domestic and global
  • Experience with AES direct a plus
  • Pulling kits in the stockroom and processing some inventory transactions
  • Assisting in receiving and shipping in processing transactions and packaging instruments

Requirements:

  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail required
  • Able to lift heavy equipment
  • Must be able to read and comprehend and follow written instructions
  • Able to understand and follow verbal instructions
  • Must adhere to strict ESD and cleanroom policies
  • Knowledge of SAP a plus
