About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Administrator. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and general human resources support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing and distributing new hire packages and conducting exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files and benefits enrollment.
  • Develop and implement effective HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
