Job Title: Construction and Excavation Project Manager

At Kaayu Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction and Excavation Project Manager to lead our renovation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
