Education Requirements- No formal education such as a degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Monitor and adjust water saturation, light, and temperature as per guidelines to promote optimal crop growth.
- Maintain cleanliness in greenhouse facilities.
- Perform hand harvesting of vegetables and seedlings.
- Engage in planting, cultivating, and irrigating various crops.
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as necessary.
- Execute the harvesting of mature crops.
- Handle the loading, unloading, and transferring of crates, supplies, and farm produce, including livestock and poultry.
This role primarily focuses on nursery or greenhouse operations.
Work Environment and Physical Demands- Work in a fast-paced setting.
- Perform repetitive tasks.
- Operate effectively under pressure.
- Manage heavy loads as part of daily responsibilities.
- Engage in physically demanding activities.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail.
