  • Hire and train staff to support the farm's operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience in agriculture or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate farm operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require manual labor and attention to detail.
