Key Responsibilities:
As the Operations Director, you will spearhead our regional operational strategies, guiding a skilled team and fostering ongoing enhancements across all facets of our business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of Capol Inc. and contributing significantly to our overall success.
- Leadership in Operations: You will guarantee exceptional service levels for our clients by ensuring product availability and fulfilling their needs.
- Team Leadership: You will offer inspirational guidance to a diverse team comprising Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, and Production, nurturing a cooperative and high-achieving workplace culture.
- Commitment to Safety and Quality: You will exemplify the importance of safety and quality as paramount concerns throughout our operations, establishing policies and procedures to safeguard our workforce and facilities.
- Process Enhancement: You will work alongside cross-functional teams to refine processes and boost operational effectiveness, particularly within our compact manufacturing setup.
- Culture of Continuous Improvement: You will champion a mindset of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity among your team members.
- Engaged Management: In this active role, you will dedicate the majority of your time on the production floor, directly interacting with the team and supervising daily operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant Experience: You possess 8-10 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally within the food production sector.
- Educational Qualifications: You hold a degree in engineering or a related discipline, providing you with the technical knowledge essential for success.
- Proven Leadership: You have a demonstrated history of leadership and success, with a focus on achieving results and delivering operational excellence.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP and a robust understanding of production, quality, and EHS standards are crucial.
- Growth Orientation: You embody a growth mindset, with a strong desire to expand your responsibilities and positively influence our organization.
