- Leadership in Operations: You will guarantee exceptional service levels for our clients by ensuring product availability and fulfilling their needs.
- Team Leadership: You will inspire and lead a team of direct reports from Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, and Production, cultivating a cooperative and high-performance work environment.
- Commitment to Safety and Quality: You will exemplify the importance of safety and quality as primary objectives throughout operations, enforcing policies and procedures to safeguard our workforce and facilities.
- Process Enhancement: You will work alongside cross-functional teams to refine processes and boost operational effectiveness, particularly within our compact manufacturing setup.
- Culture of Continuous Improvement: You will promote a mindset of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity among your team members.

Required Qualifications:
