Job Title: Research Analyst

Centre for Addiction and Mental Health is seeking a Research Analyst to assist with multiple ongoing research protocols in the Schizophrenia Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain study databases and perform data analysis
  • Track referrals and metrics for the division's Centralized Recruitment Model
  • Recruit and follow-up study participants
  • Coordinate study appointments and procedures
  • Liaise with clinic managers, clinicians, and clinical staff
  • Organize and maintain study and regulatory documents
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of research ethics board (REB) protocols
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's of Science degree in global health or a related field, combined with one year of relevant research or clinical experience, particularly working with individuals with mental health issues, including psychotic disorders.

Knowledge and proficiency in PC software skills, including Microsoft Office, and internet search engines is required. Experience in the administration of clinical rating scales and neurocognitive assessments is also required.

You will have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and function well within a cooperative, collaborative working environment. Bilingualism (English/French) and/or proficiency in another language is considered an asset.
