Position Overview
We are in search of motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated professionals to join our Summits division and Sales team as a Business Development Associate. In this capacity, you will engage with influential industry leaders and innovators, assisting companies in enhancing their business through tailored corporate meetings with targeted clients at elite B2B events.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and prospecting new leads to build a robust business portfolio.
- Engaging General Partners and C-suite decision-makers effectively.
- Contacting, qualifying, and nurturing prospects through various outreach methods.
- Maintaining an organized record of sales activities and pipeline management.
- Achieving established KPIs to meet both immediate objectives and long-term career aspirations.
- Traveling to various locations to collaborate with new and existing clients.
- Representing the company and our clients in delivering exceptional products and services.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally with high-value products.
- Prospecting Skills: Proven experience in cold calling C-level executives and launching strategic marketing email campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional listening and questioning abilities, with a strong grasp of emotional intelligence and tactical empathy.
- Sales Mindset: A strong hunter mentality complemented by the ability to nurture and develop relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Proficient in pipeline management and research.
- Leadership Potential: We promote entirely from within, actively cultivating top performers into management roles.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive annual salary with OTE based on monthly commissions and repeat business.
- OTE based on performance: First year earnings projected between $90,000-$110,000; second year potential of $110,000-$150,000.
